

ABOUT US
Talento Academy was formed in 2009 as a comprehensive Early Childhood Education (ECE) organization in Malaysia actively promoting open education approach, building an interactive platform to facilitate Malaysia ECCE educators to improve their expertise and teaching skills. In 2010, Talento Academy was appointed by Malaysia Prime Minister Department to be one of the consultants in the planning of the 10-year Transformation Blueprint for Early Child Care and Education (ECCE) [2010-2020], under Malaysia’s Key Economic Areas (NKEA).

Ms Hayley’s Forest and Farm Schools Nurseries founded in 2010 are the largest being based on a farm and is home to 20 animals including pigs, chickens and ducks that children look after every day.
Drawing inspiration from Reggio Emilia’s approach, as well as from other sources such as Scandinavian Forest School and outdoor learning initiatives, Hayley and her colleagues have developed a unique ‘enquiry based learning’ approach which is highly creative and reflective in nature and aims to develop the enquiring minds of children.
Hayley also provides training and professional development opportunities to other nursery staff groups, students and professionals in the Early Years sector across the globe. Little Barn Owls received Ofsted Outstanding in 2017 for the second time and has won a host of Early Years awards including UK Nursery of the Year 2015/16 and the South East Business Award for Innovation.

Xu De-Cheng earned Master degree from Institute of Early Childhood Education, National Chiayi University, Taiwan. He is the specialist of children’s visual art teacher in Shen Chai Elementary School and Merryland Educational Institution. He is also the lecturer of early childhood education in Hungkuang University, Taiwan.
In 2010, he was invited by the Asia-Pacific Arts and Creativity Education Exchange Association to participate in the Exhibition of Excellent Youth Artwork. Currently, he has become one of the consultants of Educational Publishing House.
He is the appointed art director in Emile Early Childhood Education Foundation kindergarten, one of the well-known project approach kindergarten in Taiwan.
Professor Pan Shih-Tsun earned PhD from National Kaohsiung Normal University. His research studies of learning theory and teaching practice are across the national education curriculum from early childhood education, primary education, secondary education and tertiary education.
His contributions of research are evident in the published research journal, research articles and books. His expertise in constructivism learning theory research undertaken has contributed to the quality of early childhood curriculum and teaching approach as well as social construction of the value of teaching work.
This groundbreaking work and Professor Pan’s numerous research awards resulted in him being appointed by Taiwan Ministry of Education for the Government commissioned cooperation program with industry and education.

Soong Ching Ling Kindergarten was established by Madame Soong Ching Ling, a passionate, principled and courageous leader with a lifelong love of children and education. The kindergarten is purpose-built for children aged 2 to 6 years old, comprises over 10 hectares of secure garden and playing grounds.
Children in Soong Ching Ling Kindergarten are from 32 countries, all around the world. Having this uniqueness, the kindergarten is also known as [The Little Earth]. The unique curriculum approach are designed in a way to allow children explore the Chinese culture and traditions.
